  • Collaborate with the SEN Coordinator and teaching staff to implement personalised support plans.
  • Provide individual or small group assistance within the classroom setting.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and external specialists to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant.
  • Familiarity with various special educational needs and adaptable support strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in education or special education (desired).
