You’re ready for your new adventure in the UK, but before you can start any exciting teaching opportunities, you’ll need a place to rest your head at night!

Finding accommodation in a new city may seem daunting, but Bounce Teachers are here to help you find temporary and long-term housing in your ideal location. Here are our recommendations for the best websites to use.

Accommodation When You Arrive

We’d advise that you book 14-21 days of short-term accommodation for when you first arrive. This will give you plenty of time to find and view long-term accommodation once you’re here.

Airbnb – www.airbnb.com – Popular short-term room rental site. Ideal for finding rooms all over London.

Hotels – www.booking.com – A great option if you’re looking to live in luxury for your first two weeks.

Hostels – www.hostelworld.com – Various hostels around London for those on a budget.

Long Term Accommodation

Spareroom – www.spareroom.co.uk – Probably the most popular room and house-sharing website. You’ll find everything on here and it’s highly recommended by our teachers. We recommend viewing the room/house in person before committing on a long-term basis.

Other websites to consider: www.rightmove.co.uk, www.zoopla.co.uk.
